Kristina Rogic, operating as a sole proprietor under the business name Lock & Key Entertainment (collectively referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), provides services, booking, and related communications through our website and channels (including SMS/text, email, and phone). By using our website, booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1) Services
We provide services and related booking/communication features (“Services”) for lawful personal or business use. You agree not to:
misuse the Services;
attempt unauthorized access to systems;
use the Services for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
2) Communications & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us that may include:
appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates;
account/service messages;
promotional offers (where permitted).
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
Opt‑out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Help: reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3) Payments
Unless stated otherwise:
fees are due at purchase/booking;
payments may be processed by third‑party providers;
you authorize us (and our processors) to charge your selected payment method;
you agree to provide accurate billing details.
Refunds: Fees are non‑refundable unless we explicitly agree in writing or required by law.
4) Intellectual Property
All content on our site and materials we provide (logos, branding, text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, and code) are owned by the Company or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
5) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that services are provided by the Company in a business capacity. Kristina Rogic, in her personal capacity, shall not be held personally liable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the Services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or Services.
6) Third‑Party Services
We may link to or use third‑party tools (booking platforms, payment processors, analytics, messaging). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Use them at your own risk.
7) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Quebec, Canada, unless the law requires otherwise.
